i) Green Polymeric Concrete
- Green Polymeric concrete is a greener alternative to ordinary Portland cement made from inorganic aluminosilicate (Al-Si) polymer compounds that can utilise 100% recycled industrial waste (e.g. fly ash and slag) as the manufacturing inputs resulting in up to 80% lower carbon dioxide emissions. Greater chemical and thermal resistance, and better mechanical properties, are said to be achieved by the manufacturer at both atmospheric and extreme conditions.
ii) Environmental green chemistry
- The invention, design and application of chemical products and processes to reduce or to eliminate the use and generation of hazardous substances.
- Green chemistry focuses on reducing, recycling, or eliminating the use of toxic chemicals in chemistry by finding creative ways to minimize the human and environmental impact without stifling scientific progress.
iii) Green and Sustainable Materials
- To decrease environmental loading of various industrial processes, green sustainable material processes, toxic material dissolution and environmental remediation technologies are being developed.

- Green electric & electronic it describes the research and the using of electric resources in an efficient way. Green electric & electronic starts with research producing environmentally friendly virtualization, power management and proper recycling habits.
