This International Postgraduate Conference on Engineering (IPCE 2010) is organized by Center for Graduate Studies (CGS), University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). The theme of the conference is “Innovative Postgraduate Students Towards A New Engineering Ideology”. This is the second (IPCE2010) conference fully organized by postgraduate students of UniMAP to provide a platform for sharing their innovative ideas and researches among them. IPCE 2010 explores the theory, analysis, design efficiency and application underlying various fields of engineering. Green Technology@UniMAP had send a representative which is Zarina Binti Yahya to present paper about Review On Fly Ash-Based Geopolymer Concrete Without Portland Cement during that conference.
